Looking for someone to write engaging tech content?
If not, then you are very much in the wrong place. I’m Jon, and I believe that content should entertain, educate, and engage your audience.
If this sounds good to you, let’s have a chat to see if we’re a good fit.
Things I write
Blogs & Articles
Blogs and articles are a great way to talk to your customers, attract new customers, boost your SEO, and grow and expand the personality of your brand.
Ghostwriting
Don’t tell anyone, but most of the content on the internet isn’t actually written by the person they claim to be written by. People like me write them instead!
Press Releases
They’re unglamorous, but they get the job done! Press releases are perfect for getting some press attention when you’re launching your new business, product or service.
“When it comes to tech content writing it’s rare to find someone who “gets it”, but is also responsive to constantly-fluctuating client demands. Jon is a reliable member of the team and a pleasure to work with.”
— Hazel Broadley, Lexical Llama
“Jon is great to work with. His writing is solid, he's reliable, and he knows what he's doing. Plus he's a great guy and a laugh - which always helps. I'd happily recommend him - and if I ever get the opportunity to work with him again, I'd jump on it.”
— Steve Morgan, Morgan Online Marketing
My process
Plan.
The first step is to discuss what it is you need, and whether I’m the best person to help you. If we decide to proceed then we will agree scope, price and timelines.
Research.
Arguably the most important stage in the process, this is where I will perform research into your SaaS customers, competitors, keywords etc.
Write.
Fast feedback is a big part of how I write, so once I’ve done enough research for a first draft I’ll get it written and submitted for feedback. We’ll then continue to iterate through revisions until you’re happy.
Optimise.
Once you’re happy with the web copy and it’s live, the final part of the process is to run some A/B tests. This is where we can improve and optimise the copy to make sure it’s performing as best as it can.
